From childhood Jan embraced creative expression and has produced works of art, jewellery and textiles.

She has attended art courses and craft workshops at learning centres in Melbourne's east, where she has experienced and developed an array of artistic skills.

Jan likes to highlight elements of nature throughout her compositions.
