Submission, Entry and Show Procedure

Welcome to the Art Show website!

Thank you for taking the time to consider our show.

If you choose to enter your artwork in our 2022 Show, then you will need to follow this procedure and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Entry and Sales.

The submission, entry and show procedure will follow these stages:

1. Initial Submission:

Initial advice your intended work (limit of 10 art works per artist) and Entry payment/s via the Gallery 247 online system from Monday 26 Sept 2022 and before midnight on Friday 14 October 2022. Quality colour images of the work in its entirety need to be included. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  

2. Review and Pre-Selection:

After the closing date all submissions will be reviewed and assessed by a Pre-Selection Panel.

3. Acceptance Notification:

Artists whose works are selected for exhibition will be notified by Tue 18 October 2021 via email or SMS using the online system and invited to exhibit at the Show. Artists must notify the Organisers if the work is no longer available for the Show. Withdrawn works may be substituted at the discretion of the Organisers.

4. Delivery:

Artists or their agents deliver the works to the Art Show venue on Mon 24 Oct 2022, 2.00pm to 7.00pm.

5. Sales Notifications:

During the Show you will be notified via the online system if your artwork sells. A red dot will be placed on the item in the Art Show.

6. Collection:

Artists or their agents need to collect the unsold works from the Art Show venue Sunday 30 Oct 2022, between 5pm and 7pm as detailed in the Key Dates section. Uncollected works of art may be sold at the Organisers discretion.

7. Payments:

Payments for sold works will be made to the artist, via EFT (preferable) or cheque, for the sale proceeds minus the commission (inclusive of GST) within 28 days of the close of the Show.
